This privacy policy applies to the Suggestions mobile application (the "App"), developed and published by Magnum Steele ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data through the Suggestions app. Your tasks, projects, and notes live entirely on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if you have iCloud sync enabled). We never see your data. We never sell anything. There are no ads.
The App stores the data you create — suggestions, projects, tags, and notes — locally on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data stays on your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.
If you are signed into iCloud and have iCloud Drive enabled, your data syncs between your devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account, associated with your Apple ID. Apple acts as the data processor; we have no access to this data and cannot view, modify, or delete it. The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud (for optional sync), which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no information from anyone, this policy applies uniformly regardless of age.
You can delete all of your data at any time by deleting the App from your device. To also delete synced data from iCloud:
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are material, notify you through the App before they take effect.
